The total length of the street is 2.1 kilometers. All modern conditions have been created here for residents and tourists. Wide pedestrian and bicycle paths, recreation areas, selfie zones, open sports grounds, and eco-toilets have been arranged. Eco-playgrounds and rope parks for children, as well as family recreation areas, have also been established.
The improved street was opened in September 2025. It starts from the Republican Children’s Library at the intersection with Yakhyo Gulyamov Street, where a small traffic circle for cars has been created, and continues to the entrance of Ecopark. At the intersection with Shastri and Sadyk Azimov Streets, there is a small square with a bust of Lal Bahadur Shastri and School No. 64.
The “O‘zbekiston Ovozi” Street features a barrier-free environment. A large number of flowers and shrubs have been planted, benches, trash bins, and lighting have been installed. The roadway has been narrowed to one lane, and paid parking spaces are provided. Cafes and restaurants have moved their tables out onto the sidewalks.
On the street, one can always meet citizens and tourists who have appreciated the created comfortable and beautiful zone.
